We are looking for a commercially aware and analytical Business Development Executive to support new business development, market analysis, feasibility studies, financial planning, and business expansion initiatives. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to coordinate independently with local and international business stakeholders.

10 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Identify and evaluate new business and market opportunities.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.

Prepare business reports, proposals, presentations, and recommendations.

Develop project/business costings and calculate ROI and Break-Even Point (BEP).

Support business planning, financial planning, and fund management activities.

Evaluate existing business operations and recommend opportunities for expansion or strategic improvement.

Support the implementation and development of new business initiatives.

Correspond independently with international business houses and partners.

Build and maintain relationships with relevant clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Monitor market trends and the business environment in Nepal.

Coordinate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.

Undertake business meetings and field travel as required.

Requirements

MBA, MBM, or relevant Master's degree required.

Relevant experience in business development, market analysis, feasibility studies, or business planning preferred.

Good understanding of business processes and the commercial environment in Nepal.

Experience preparing market analysis, feasibility studies, and professional reports.

Ability to prepare costings and calculate ROI and BEP.

Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English.

Ability to communicate and correspond professionally with international business partners.

Understanding of financial planning and fund management.

Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel as required.

Own transportation and a valid driving license required for field-related responsibilities.
