We are looking for a creative, proactive, and versatile Marketing & Content Executive who can take ownership of overall marketing activities, campaign execution, content creation, photography, videography, and social media management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing and be capable of planning and executing campaigns independently. The candidate should also be comfortable travelling to different locations when required for projects, shoots, campaigns, and events.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

Take ownership of overall marketing activities and promotional initiatives.

Develop creative marketing ideas and strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create, shoot, edit, and publish videos, Reels, TikToks, photographs, and other digital content.

Manage social media platforms and maintain consistent, engaging content.

Handle photography and videography for projects, events, campaigns, and field activities.

Travel to different locations when required for project-based marketing and content activities.

Conduct and coordinate interviews and public-facing content.

Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.

Prepare content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with relevant teams for marketing and project requirements.

Learn and implement new tools, platforms, and marketing techniques.

Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure timely, high-quality completion.

Requirements

1+ year experience in marketing/content preferred.

Skills in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, photography, camera handling, and social media.

Creative, confident, and willing to learn.

Strong communication and execution skills.

Female candidates preferred; male candidates are also welcome.

Must be interested in building a long-term career in Nepal. Candidates planning to move abroad soon will not be considered.
