We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide timely support, and ensure a positive customer experience. This position is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.

10 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and other communication channels.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly.

Follow up on customer inquiries and unresolved issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Build positive relationships with customers and maintain service quality.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Support other customer service and administrative activities as assigned.

Requirements

Freshers may apply; up to 1 year of customer service or related experience is preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.

Professional and courteous communication.

Basic computer and MS Office skills.

Good problem-solving and listening skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Willingness to learn and develop customer service skills.
