We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Creation & Marketing Manager to manage digital content, support marketing activities, handle inquiries, and capture engaging content from practical classes and other activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating both photo and video content and communicating professionally with prospective students and customers.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Plan and create engaging content for social media and digital platforms.

Capture photos and videos of students during practical classes and other activities.

Create and edit short-form videos, reels, promotional content, and other marketing materials.

Manage social media content and maintain a consistent online presence.

Respond to inquiries through social media, calls, messages, or other communication channels.

Provide relevant information to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.

Develop creative ideas for promotions, campaigns, and student-focused content.

Coordinate with instructors and internal teams to capture scheduled activities.

Monitor social media trends, engagement, and content performance.

Maintain organized content calendars and publishing schedules.

Support overall marketing and lead-generation activities.

Occasionally report earlier than regular working hours when practical classes or scheduled shoots require coverage.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role preferred.

Experience creating and editing photo and video content.

Comfortable filming people and activities in a practical/classroom environment.

Knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.

Good communication and inquiry-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of content creation and video-editing tools.

Creative, proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

Flexibility to adjust working hours occasionally for scheduled content shoots.
