We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Junior Business Development Officer to support business growth by identifying new clients and vendors, generating leads, and building strong professional relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills with a strong interest in sales and business development.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Identify and acquire new clients and vendors.

Research and generate potential business leads.

Approach prospective clients through calls, meetings, networking, and other outreach channels.

Present company services and business offerings to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Follow up with prospects and support lead conversion.

Negotiate and coordinate with prospective clients as required.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities.

Work toward assigned business development and sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Identify new market opportunities and support overall business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree completed or currently running.

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good client-handling and networking abilities.

Target-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to follow up consistently and work toward assigned targets.

Good organizational and time-management skills.
