We are looking for an experienced Video Editor who can manage both studio production and post-production. This role requires more than editing—you should be confident with camera operation, studio lighting, audio setup, and creating high-performing video content that builds brand authority and drives engagement.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Shoot and edit founder talking-head videos, podcasts, YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, commercial ads, case studies, and educational content.

Produce clean, professional edits with strong storytelling and retention-focused pacing.

Handle color correction, grading, audio balancing, captions, graphics, and subtitles.

Set up and operate cameras for studio shoots, interviews, and podcasts.

Manage framing, composition, exposure, white balance, lens selection, and multi-camera setups.

Set up key, fill, and backlighting to create professional studio environments.

Configure microphones and monitor audio quality during recording.

Repurpose long-form recordings into engaging short-form content.

Identify strong hooks and moments that can improve audience retention.

Create platform-specific versions for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Maintain consistent visual and production quality across content.

Take ownership of projects from recording through final delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, shooting, and studio production.

Strong video editing and visual storytelling fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with camera operation, studio lighting, and audio production.

Strong understanding of short-form content, hooks, pacing, and audience retention.

Ability to independently set up and operate studio shoots.

Understanding of how video supports marketing, brand authority, and lead generation.

Excellent attention to detail across visuals, captions, audio, framing, and lighting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple production requirements.

Strong ownership, initiative, and willingness to continuously improve.
