Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Officer to manage core human resources functions while supporting smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee administration, HR policies, and office operations, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Koteshwor, Kathmandu

Working Hours

8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Human Resources

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, and onboarding.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Manage attendance, leave records, and employee lifecycle processes.

Support implementation and compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor requirements.

Address employee concerns professionally and support positive employee relations.

Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees.

Support workplace discipline while maintaining a professional and positive work environment.

Operations & Administration

Oversee daily administrative and office operations.

Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and other administrative requirements.

Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Support management with administrative activities and process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, operations, or administration.

Strong understanding of recruitment, attendance, leave management, HR policies, and employee relations.

Knowledge of Nepal's labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Professional, organized, accountable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with HRMS tools is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
