We are seeking an experienced Abroad Study Counsellor to guide students aspiring to pursue higher education in the UK or Australia. The ideal candidate should have strong counseling skills, sound knowledge of study abroad procedures, and the ability to support students throughout the admission process.

Sunday – Friday

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Counsel students on study opportunities in the UK and Australia.

Assist students in selecting suitable universities and courses based on their academic profile and career goals.

Guide students through the admission and application process.

Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate student records.

Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth application processing.

Maintain documentation and update records using MS Excel and other internal systems.

Respond to student inquiries professionally and provide timely support.

Build strong relationships with students throughout their study abroad journey.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree completed (Master's degree running or completed is an advantage).

Minimum 2 years of experience in an educational consultancy.

Prior experience counseling students for the UK or Australia is preferred.

Strong knowledge of study abroad admissions and application procedures.

Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.

Candidates residing within the Kathmandu Valley, preferably within 5 km of Dillibazar, are preferred.
