We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to support daily retail operations, assist customers with product selection, achieve sales targets, and maintain high store standards. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, pricing, quality, and benefits.

Work toward individual and store-level sales targets.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Maintain proper product displays and store cleanliness.

Assist with inventory checks, stock arrangement, and replenishment.

Support billing, packaging, and other sales-related activities.

Maintain accurate sales and customer interaction records.

Monitor product availability and report low-stock items to the Store Manager.

Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

Minimum +2/Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.
