We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee day-to-day retail operations, lead the store team, achieve sales targets, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Manage overall daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and monitor store performance.

Develop initiatives to improve sales, customer experience, and store profitability.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the store sales team.

Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.

Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to store employees.

Ensure excellent customer service and professionally handle complaints and feedback.

Maintain product presentation, merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store standards.

Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

Conduct stock counts and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

Monitor cash handling, billing, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and other departments.

Maintain accurate store records, reports, and operational documentation.

Take ownership of overall store performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail, store management, sales, or store operations.

Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Proven ability to manage sales targets and store performance.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, decision-making, and time-management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and perform effectively under pressure.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
