We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack MERN Developer to support the ongoing development of HoneyBill.ai, an existing SaaS product.

The role involves working with the current codebase, fixing bugs, improving existing functionality, and consistently shipping new features. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned development tasks.

Within 2 PM - 10 PM (Part-Time)

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Develop and ship new product features

Maintain and improve the existing MERN codebase

Fix frontend, backend, API, and database issues

Build and maintain React components and Node.js/Express APIs

Work with MongoDB schemas, queries, and data structures

Integrate third-party APIs and services when required

Identify and resolve performance or reliability issues

Test changes before deployment

Coordinate with existing developers when technical context is needed

Provide clear updates on progress and blockers

Requirements

2–4 years of professional full stack development experience

Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

Good understanding of JavaScript and REST APIs

Experience working with production SaaS or web applications

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Experience with Git/GitHub

Understanding of authentication, authorization, and database design

Ability to understand and work with an existing codebase

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

Previous SaaS development experience

Experience with payment or subscription systems

Third-party API integration experience

Familiarity with deployment, cloud platforms, and CI/CD
