We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Content Strategist to own the content direction for multiple client accounts. The role focuses on developing content strategies, identifying creative opportunities, preparing briefs, analyzing performance, and ensuring content aligns with each client's brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Develop content pillars, positioning, and creative direction for assigned client accounts.

Generate original and executable content ideas across different industries.

Prepare monthly content briefs covering angles, hooks, formats, and creative references.

Brief editors and account managers to ensure consistent execution of content strategies.

Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on insights and results.

Identify emerging social media and short-form content trends and adapt them appropriately for different brands.

Participate in client calls and quarterly reviews.

Present content strategies and explain the rationale behind creative decisions.

Manage content direction across approximately 8–10 client accounts.

Collaborate with strategy, paid media, editing, insights, and account management teams.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience in a marketing agency or relevant marketing role.

Fluent in English and Nepali, both written and spoken.

Strong understanding of short-form video, social media content, and audience engagement.

Ability to analyze why content performs and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop original content angles.

Confident and professional communication skills for client meetings and presentations.

Working knowledge of Canva and CapCut, with a good eye for design.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for remote client meetings.
