We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Control & MIS Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across logistics operations. The role will focus on cost analysis, budgeting, MIS reporting, performance monitoring, and internal controls to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

10AM - 6PM (Sun-Fri)

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Analyze operational cost drivers and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and prepare management reports.

Develop and monitor operational dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.

Support the development of internal controls, SOPs, and reporting frameworks.

Collaborate with ERP and technology teams to improve data accuracy and reporting.

Maintain proper documentation for compliance, reporting, and audit requirements.

Provide analytical support for budgeting, operational planning, and business decisions.

Requirements

Semi-Qualified CA or Qualified CA.

Strong analytical, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, or cost control.

Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

2–3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or fulfillment operations is preferred.
