Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

Perform manual testing of web applications and software products.

Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and usability testing.

Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.

Reproduce bugs and provide clear technical information to development teams.

Verify bug fixes and conduct appropriate regression testing.

Review product requirements and identify potential quality issues before development and release.

Work closely with UI/UX designers to validate usability and design implementation.

Review implemented designs and ensure they accurately match approved UI/UX specifications.

Test responsive layouts across different screen sizes and devices.

Perform cross-browser and compatibility testing.

Validate user workflows and ensure smooth end-to-end product experiences.

Maintain organized QA documentation, test cases, test results, and defect reports.

Participate in product release and deployment quality checks.

Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and testing methodologies.

Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues.

Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards before deployment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance / Software Testing.

Strong experience in manual software testing.

Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, system, and usability testing.

Experience creating detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

Strong experience with bug tracking and defect management tools.

Ability to identify, reproduce, document, and prioritize software defects.

Experience testing responsive web applications across browsers and devices.

Strong understanding of software development and QA life cycles.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams is preferred.

Familiarity with API testing and basic database testing is an advantage.

Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
