Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and digital products.

Conduct user research and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.

Use Figma and other modern design tools to create and manage designs.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Review developed features and identify UI inconsistencies or usability issues.

Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.

Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, icons, and overall visual language.

Work closely with the QA team to identify design-related defects and improve product quality.

Continuously research modern UI/UX trends and recommend improvements.

Translate product requirements and ideas into practical design solutions.

Manage multiple design priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating professional UI/UX projects.

Advanced proficiency in Figma.

Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, information architecture, and responsive design.

Good understanding of usability principles and user-centered design.

Experience designing web applications, SaaS products, dashboards, or mobile applications is preferred.

Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.

Strong understanding of UX research and usability testing.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
