The Test Administrator will be responsible for conducting and managing examinations and assessments in accordance with established testing procedures, ensuring a secure, organized, and professional testing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct examinations and assessments according to established procedures.

Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and required materials before each test.

Verify candidate identity and required documentation.

Register and check in candidates for examinations.

Explain examination rules, procedures, and instructions to candidates.

Monitor candidates throughout the examination.

Ensure compliance with test security and examination protocols.

Handle test materials securely and maintain confidentiality.

Operate computer systems and testing software as required.

Troubleshoot basic technical or operational issues during examinations.

Report incidents, irregularities, and technical issues to the concerned authority.

Maintain accurate examination records and documentation.

Ensure the testing environment remains quiet, secure, and professional.

Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding test schedules.

Perform other testing-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred.

1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong computer and communication skills may also be considered.

Strong computer literacy.

Good English communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
