1. Human Resource Planning
- Develop annual manpower plans based on operational requirements.
- Assess staffing needs for all departments.
- Prepare organizational structures and staffing budgets.
- Recommend workforce optimization and succession planning.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments including
- Hotel Operations
- Front Office
- Housekeeping

- Ticketing
- Marketing

- Administration
- Security
- Maintenance
- Attractions & Recreation
- Retail & Souvenir Shops
Responsibilities include
- Preparing job descriptions.
- Advertising vacancies.
- Screening applications.
- Conducting interviews.
- Coordinating recruitment panels.
- Preparing employment offers.
- Managing onboarding and orientation.
3. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct orientation programs for all new employees.
- Introduce company policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
- Coordinate departmental induction training.
- Monitor probation performance and confirmation process.
4. Performance Management
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate annual and probation performance evaluations.
- Support department heads in staff appraisals.
- Recommend promotions, increments, and career development plans.
5. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Supervise attendance management systems.
- Verify overtime records.
- Monitor leave balances.
- Coordinate payroll preparation with the Finance Department.
- Ensure salary processing is accurate and timely.
- Manage staff duty rosters in coordination with department heads.
6. Employee Relations
- Maintain positive employee relations.
- Address employee grievances.
- Conduct counseling sessions where necessary.
- Promote teamwork and effective communication.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
7. Training & Development
Develop and coordinate training programs covering
- Hospitality Standards
- Customer Service Excellence
- Leadership Development
- Technical Skills
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Fire & Emergency Response
- First Aid
- Food Safety & Hygiene
- Workplace Ethics
- Service Excellence
Maintain annual training calendars and training records.
8. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the Labour Act of Nepal, Labour Rules, Social Security Fund
(SSF), tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate labour inspections and audits.
9. Employee Welfare
- Oversee staff accommodation.
- Coordinate staff transportation arrangements.
- Manage employee welfare initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Celebrate festivals, recognition programs, and staff events.
- Promote employee health and well-being.
10. Disciplinary Management
- Conduct investigations into employee misconduct.
- Issue warning letters and disciplinary notices.
- Coordinate disciplinary hearings.
- Maintain disciplinary records.
- Ensure disciplinary actions are fair, transparent, and compliant with labour laws.
11. HR Administration
Maintain accurate records of

12. Organizational Development
- Support organizational restructuring.

13. Health, Safety & Security Coordination
Coordinate with Engineering and Security Departments to
- Ensure workplace safety.
- Conduct emergency drills.
- Promote occupational health.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
14. Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare annual HR budgets.
- Monitor recruitment and training costs.
- Control staff welfare expenses.
- Optimize manpower costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
15. Interdepartmental Coordination

17. Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Department.
- Supervise HR Officers, HR Assistants, and Administrative personnel.
- Build a high-performance culture.
- Mentor and develop HR team members.
- Promote professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree (MBA/HRM) is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 2 years in a managerial HR position.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, hotels, resorts, or large multi-department organizations
is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Nepal Labour Act, Social Security Fund (SSF), and employment regulations
is essential.
