Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial advisory assignments in project finance, valuation, and corporate finance.
Prepare and review financial models, projections, and feasibility studies.
Manage financial closure processes for hydropower and infrastructure projects.
Advise clients on debt financing, loan structuring, and capital raising.
Prepare investor presentations, information memorandums, and fundraising materials.
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities and facilitate investor engagements.
Support IPO and listing processes, including regulatory documentation.
Provide strategic financial and management advisory to clients.
Review financial statements, budgets, cash flows, and performance reports.
Maintain relationships with banks, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions.
Supervise and mentor junior team members.
Support business development, proposals, and client acquisition efforts.
Monitor industry, regulatory, and market developments relevant to clients.
Ensure compliance with legal, professional, and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or Management (Master's degree preferred); minimum 1 years relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; basic knowledge of financial documents and Nepal's regulatory framework.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills; well-groomed and professional.
Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence; willingness to travel for field follow-up.
Prior experience in investor relations or executive assistance is an added advantage.
