Role Summary The Solutions Manager will oversee the successful deployment, integration, and ongoing performance of critical external systems essential for airline operations. This role acts as a pivotal interface between the airline and its technology partners, ensuring seamless functionality and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of assigned external systems, from vendor selection to deprecation.

Serve as the primary liaison with external system vendors, overseeing contracts, SLAs, and performance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure business needs are met.

Drive system integration efforts, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows across platforms.

Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and escalation processes for external systems.

Lead and participate in projects for system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.

Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in IT Solutions Management, Technical Account Management, or similar roles.

Proven experience managing enterprise-level external software systems, preferably within the airline or transportation industry.

Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract oversight skills.

Solid understanding of system integration principles and data flows.

Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
