Job Description
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Human Resources
Maintain and update employee personal files, HR records, and HRMS data.
Assist in recruitment activities including vacancy posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
Prepare and maintain employee letters, notices, and other HR documents as instructed.
Assist with attendance, leave, overtime, and employee information records.
Support onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
Assist in maintaining the recruitment tracker and other HR reports.
Respond to routine employee queries and coordinate with the concerned HR team for resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
B. Training & Development
Assist in identifying employee training and development needs.
Prepare and maintain annual training plans in coordination with relevant departments.
Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and orientation sessions.
Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and related documentation.
Support evaluation of training effectiveness and identify further development needs.
C. Performance Management
Coordinate annual and periodic performance evaluations as per company policies and timelines.
Assist managers and supervisors in the performance evaluation process.
Maintain performance evaluation records and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
Support identification of employee development and performance improvement needs.
Coordinate with Group HR on performance-related matters as required.
D. Employee Exit & Separation
Manage and coordinate employee exit and separation processes in accordance with company policy and applicable labour laws.
Coordinate resignation, termination, retirement, and other separation formalities.
Ensure proper exit clearance, handover, and return of company assets before final settlement.
Coordinate with Finance and relevant departments for timely full and final settlement.
Conduct or assist in exit interviews and maintain proper records.
Update employee records and HRMS upon separation.
E. Administration
Support day-to-day office administration and employee welfare activities.
Maintain records of administrative documents and company assets.
Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, employee engagement activities, and company events.
Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth administrative operations.
Provide necessary HR and administrative support to employees as required.
3. Key Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR and administration
Good computer skills, particularly MS Office and HRMS

4. Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or Administration .
5. Performance Indicators
Accuracy and timely maintenance of HR records and HRMS data
Timely completion of assigned HR and administrative tasks
Proper maintenance of employee personal files
Timely recruitment and onboarding support
Timely coordination of training and performance evaluation activities
Proper and timely completion of employee exit and clearance processes
Responsiveness to employee requirements
Compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labour laws
Effective coordination with Group HR and relevant departments
