Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager in planning, prioritizing, and executing product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery

of releases.

  • Prepare requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, document minutes, and drive follow-ups.
  • Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
  • Perform product research, competitor benchmarking, and feature analysis.
  • Support UAT coordination and ensure defects are tracked and resolved.
  • Monitor product performance and support data-driven decision making.
  • Prepare status reports and dashboards for management.
  • Handle the daily stand-up meetings and ensure team members are aligned on priorities,

blockers, and progress.

  • Lead and coordinate sprint planning sessions, ensuring clear prioritization, estimation,

and scope alignment.

Skills and Tools

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Experience with Jira (or similar task management tools).
  • Wireframing and documentation using Figma / Balsamiq / Lucidchart.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, mobile and web ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in project coordination and stakeholder communication.
  • Good analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Tools exposure: Jira, Confluence, Git, Postman, Google Workspace, MS Office.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product/Project coordination or similar role.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Certifications such as Scrum, Agile, or PMP (optional but preferred).
