Key Responsibilities

• Operate bottle washer and tunnel pasteurizer systems.

• Monitor washing, sterilization, and pasteurization parameters.

• Ensure bottles meet hygiene and quality standards.

• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.

• Maintain operational records and coordinate with quality and maintenance teams.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating bottle washers and/or pasteurizers in the beverage or food industry.

Skills

• Knowledge of bottle washing, pasteurization, GMP, and CIP.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in shifts.
