Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the ammonia/glycol refrigeration system.

• Maintain required cooling temperatures for process equipment and cold storage.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and record operating parameters.

• Identify and report equipment abnormalities.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team during breakdowns.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration plant operation in a brewery, beverage, dairy, or food processing industry.

• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, pumps, condensers, evaporators, and safety procedures.
