Major Job Descriptions

1. Conduct daily physical field visits to cosmetic shops, wholesalers, pharmacies, and marts across assigned routes.

2. Onboard new retail and wholesale accounts by pitching Butterbae product lines and securing opening stock orders.

3. Execute complete shop onboarding SOP: Collect 9-digit VAT/PAN certificates, capture geolocated store photos, register accurate Google Maps GPS pins, and record phone numbers via the Butterbae Sales App/Form.

4. Ensure prominent shelf placement, eye-level product visibility, and maintain clean product testers at every retail outlet. Collect primary/secondary orders and assist in payment collections (Cash/FONEPAY/Cheques). Submit structured daily end-of-day (EOD) visit and sales reports.

Job Specifications

1. Education: Minimum +2 (Intermediate) completed. Bachelor’s degree running or completed preferred. Experience: 1 to 2 years in FMCG, cosmetics, OTC pharmaceutical, or retail field sales (energetic freshers with excellent communication skills highly encouraged).

2. Mandatory Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler (Scooty/Motorcycle) with a valid Nepal Driving License.

3. Skills: Strong conversational Nepali and basic English, polite persuasion, and basic smartphone proficiency (Google Maps, WhatsApp, camera).
