Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Drive business growth and expand market presence in the 3-wheeler segment.

Identify new business opportunities and develop market expansion plans.

Manage and strengthen the dealership network.

Appoint and support new dealers in potential markets.

Develop and execute annual sales plans and revenue targets.

Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.

Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Oversee daily business operations and ensure operational efficiency.

Monitor inventory planning and supply chain coordination.

Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance.

Lead, mentor, and manage sales and business teams.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Automobile Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry.
