Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings.

Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.

Monitor and oversee clients' brand activities and marketing campaigns.

Ensure social media posts and campaign deliverables are published according to schedule.

Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.

Prepare monthly performance reports and campaign summaries.

Maintain accurate records of client communications and project details.

Develop and recommend marketing plans and strategies to help clients achieve their business goals.

Identify opportunities for business growth through client referrals and upselling.

Achieve monthly and yearly KPIs and client satisfaction targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Prior experience in client servicing, account management, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing social media campaigns or digital marketing projects.

Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies.

Ability to prepare reports and analyze campaign performance.
