Key Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales targets in line with company marketing strategies

Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Ensure consistent sales growth within the assigned region

Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support

Monitor and follow up on customer payments; manage overdue accounts

Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback

Support product planning and evaluate feasibility for new product development

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2–5+ years of experience in sales (preferably hygiene/consumer products)

Experience with diaper or hygiene brands such as Zuvara, Aiwibi, Babymoon, Cocoonbuds, Mumbuds, 7-Star, Nappy, Sagun, Niine, or similar

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel within assigned regions

NPR 80,000 (based on experience)
