Blitz Media is looking for a Head of Digital / Business to foray into full fledged digital marketing

This is a leadership mandate to identify someone who can take the organization into its next phase of growth, structure, and scale in digital marketing.

Who we’re looking for:

• 4–6 years of experience in a senior role within a digital agency

• Proven track record of leading teams and managing clients

• Strong ability to drive strategy, not just execution

• Experience in business development, pitching, and client acquisition

• Capability to introduce process, structure, and corporate culture

• High ownership mindset with leadership maturity

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the overall digital business and operations

• Managing cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, servicing)

• Driving client growth and retention

• Bringing strategic thinking into client campaigns

• Building a strong internal culture and accountability

• Working closely with ownership to scale the business

• Identifying new business growth opportunities
