Job Description

Position: Bhojpuri Language Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40 - $95/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Translate, review, and edit Bhojpuri content to ensure linguistic accuracy and quality.
• Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on language data for AI model training.
• Develop and validate Bhojpuri linguistic resources to improve AI performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on language and AI-driven projects.
• Ensure consistency in terminology, tone, and style across all outputs.
• Identify linguistic nuances and cultural context to enhance language understanding.
• Contribute to the improvement of language processes and tools.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Bhojpuri with strong linguistic expertise.
• Strong experience in translation, editing, and content review.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bhojpuri and English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
• Ability to provide structured feedback and support AI model training.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
