• Visit customers regularly to promote and sell additive products.
• Identify and develop new clients, distributors, and dealers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and collections.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction materials, chemicals, or building products)
• Freshers with strong sales interest and technical understanding may also be considered
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field visits
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Good understanding of construction materials / chemical products (tile adhesives, waterproofing, admixtures, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships (dealers, distributors, contractors)
• Strong market analysis and business development skills
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting
• Good problem-solving and customer handling skills
