Job Overview


We’re not looking for just another salesperson. We’re looking for someone passionate about innovation and capable of building meaningful relationships with businesses that have a culture of creating value in what they do. As a Business Development Associate, you will be the face of Ting Ting for prospective clients, guiding them to discover the potential of AI-powered communication.

You’ll be responsible for understanding the pain points of businesses, helping them see how Ting Ting can help scale their operations, and closing deals that will drive both client success and company growth. Your expertise will be key to positioning Ting Ting as a leader in Nepal’s AI communication revolution.



Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and build strong relationships with prospective clients through strategic networking, market research, and outreach efforts.

Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and tailor Ting Ting's solutions to meet their unique needs.

Sales Presentations & Demos: Effectively communicate the value of Ting Ting’s platform through tailored demos.

Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with both new and existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for growth.

Collaborative Growth: Work alongside marketing and product teams to align your efforts with Ting Ting’s overall growth strategy, and contribute insights to enhance product offerings.

Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales by meeting and exceeding quotas, securing partnerships, and expanding Ting Ting’s market footprint.



Qualifications:


Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field preferred

Experience: 1-2 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles; experience in tech sales or SaaS is a bonus.

Communication Skills: You’re not just good with words, you’re great at listening and presenting solutions that resonate with clients. Fluent in Nepali and English is essential.

Problem Solver: You excel at identifying client needs, crafting solutions, and managing expectations throughout the sales cycle.

Growth-Minded: You’re motivated by targets and driven by success, with a passion for tech and innovation in business.

Tech-Savvy: You may not be a developer, but you understand the value of AI technology and can convey its power to businesses.

Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment.

Familiarity with AI, telephony, or bulk messaging solutions is an advantage but not mandatory
