Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Kathmandu. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, guide them through the admissions process, provide information on educational services, and assist in enrollment. Additional responsibilities include creating strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and achieving admissions and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to connect with students and stakeholders effectively.
• Customer Service and Sales experience to address inquiries, resolve issues, and achieve enrollment goals successfully.
• Education experience or knowledge to guide and advise prospective students on academic opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred; experience in admissions or related roles is advantageous.
