Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clawdbot Setup Expert, located in Kathmandu. The Clawdbot Setup Expert will be responsible for configuring and managing the Clawdbot platform to improve operations, designing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with existing processes. The role will also include system testing, documentation, and training team members on best practices to enhance platform efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Clawdbot setup, configuration, and management
• Technical skills in system integration, workflow design, and troubleshooting
• Experience in process optimization and operational efficiency improvement
• Strong documentation and training capabilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or similar systems is a plus
