QA Engineer (Product -AcademicAccounting)

Experience

• 2-4 years of professional QA/Manual Testing experience.
• Exposure to Selenium, Katalon, or Appium for automation is preferable.
• Experience testing mobile applications (Flutter preferred).
  
  

Core Skills

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with testing types: Smoke, Sanity, Integration, Regression, and UAT.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks and iterative development.
  
  

Advanced Skills (Preferred)

• Knowledge of load testing and performance testing tools.
• Strong ability to define and validate acceptance criteria in collaboration with product and development teams.
• Ability to conduct risk analysis and shape test strategies accordingly.
• Experience defining and implementing quality gates (entry/exit criteria for design, development, and testing).
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and focus on clarity & completeness when reviewing business requirements and user stories.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Ability to ensure customer expectations are incorporated into testing and release criteria.
• Working Conditions: Standard working hours 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Sunday–Friday).
