Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Identify and prioritize export markets and buyer segments; build a qualified pipeline.
2. Onboard distributors/buyers: product presentations, samples, negotiations, and closing.
3. Manage export execution: proforma, LC/TT coordination, documentation, labeling requirements, shipping, and claims handling.
4. Coordinate with production/quality/warehouse for batch documents, inspection needs, and dispatch timelines.
5. Ensure compliance with destination-market regulations (labels, certificates, COO, testing where required).
6. Maintain export forecasting, quarterly targets, and weekly reporting dashboards.
7. Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups and risk controls.
8. Track international competitor pricing and propose market-entry tactics.
Job Specifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in business/international business.
2. 5 to 8 years of experience in the FMCG / Food & Beverage / Agri-products’ export sales & execution.
3. Knowledge of export market development & channel partner management.
4. Knowledge of export documentation, compliance & logistics coordination.
5. Knowledge of pricing, margin and risk management.
6. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
7. Knowledge of export documentation tools, CRM tools.
8. Data analysis & reporting skills.
9. Communication skills.
10. Must have two-wheeler and driving license.
