About Us

Hotel Mirage Regency is a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu catering primarily to international and Indian guests. We are looking to revamp our digital presence and build a strong, engaging social media identity.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven content creator who can plan, shoot, edit, and manage social media content for the hotel. This role combines on-ground content creation with strategic social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Shoot high-quality photos and videos of:
• Rooms, food, and hotel spaces
• Guest experiences and events
• Staff interactions and behind-the-scenes moments
• Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Edit content using mobile or professional tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram (primary), Facebook, and other platforms
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
• Post consistently with engaging captions and hooks
• Respond to comments and DMs in a timely manner
• Track performance and suggest improvements

Strategy & Growth

• Stay updated with trends and apply them to hotel content
• Suggest influencer collaborations and campaign ideas
• Help reposition the brand into a more modern, aspirational identity

Requirements

• Prior experience in content creation or social media handling
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends and algorithms
• Basic photography/videography skills (phone is fine, camera is a plus)
• Editing skills (short-form video is a must)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to visit the property regularly (important)

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with hotels, cafes, or hospitality brands
• Understanding of travel/lifestyle content
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Work Structure

• 3–4 days per week (flexible timing)
• Combination of on-site shooting + remote editing/posting

Compensation

• Based on experience (monthly retainer or per-day basis)
• Performance-based incentives can be discussed
