We are looking for a proactive, confident, and results-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our distribution network for imported and locally produced readymade garments. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and market development across Kathmandu Valley and major outstation markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits across major commercial hubs such as Narayanghat, Pokhara, Butwal, Biratnagar, Nepalgunj, Birgunj, Dhangadhi, and other assigned locations.
• Identify and onboard new wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, dealers, stockists, and retail apparel stores.
• Present product samples, catalogs, and new collections to generate wholesale and retail orders.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat orders.
• Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams regarding order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, customer preferences, fashion trends, and regional market demand.
• Collect market feedback and provide regular sales and competitor reports to management.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and brand visibility at partner outlets.
