JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative, and  skilled book designer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing book interiors and covers in alignment with our overall publishing vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design book interiors, including layout, typography, and formatting

Create attractive and market-appropriate book covers

Prepare print-ready and digital files according to publishing standards

Collaborate with editors, authors, and production staff

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Minimum qualification

10+2 with good English language.

Prior experience in the publishing field preferred

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent English and Nepali typing skills, including mathematical equations

Strong understanding of typography and layout principles

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
