📋 Job Description

• Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records
• Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and financial reports
• Support in accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
• Coordinate with the finance team for smooth financial operations
• Ensure compliance with basic accounting standards and company policies

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree running (BBS, BBA, or related field)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounts/finance
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel (preferred)
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
