Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst / Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and business growth. The role involves analyzing sales performance, preparing reports, assisting in inventory and sales planning, and providing actionable insights to optimize business strategies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and coordinating closely with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
- Assist in sales and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track business performance
- Use tools such as Excel and Power BI to generate insights and visual reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support the sales team with data-driven insights and coordination
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales analysis, coordination, or a similar role
- Experience in import/export, trading, or FMCG sectors is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
