We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations, manage ASM and MR teams, strengthen healthcare client relationships, and drive diagnostic business growth.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Develop and execute regional sales and business-development strategies.

Lead, guide, and monitor the ASM and MR teams.

Set and monitor regional sales targets and team performance.

Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporate organizations, and key clients.

Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities.

Monitor sales, collections, client retention, sample volumes, and revenue growth.

Conduct regular field visits and team performance reviews.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Develop strategies to increase diagnostic sample volume and regional revenue.

Prepare monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.

Ensure the sales team follows organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors.

Prior experience in sales leadership and managing field sales teams.

Strong leadership, team-management, negotiation, and business-development skills.

Strong understanding of sales targets, market development, and performance management.

Target-driven and comfortable with regular field travel.
