We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in driving sales performance, managing the MR/sales team, developing healthcare client relationships, and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Assist the RSM in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Manage, guide, and monitor the MR/sales team and their field activities.

Set and monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporate clients, and healthcare institutions.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.

Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Prepare sales performance reports for the RSM and management.

Support team training, motivation, and performance improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales preferred.

Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.

Target-oriented with strong sales and business-development abilities.

Comfortable with regular market and field visits.
