Job Purpose

To inspect, grade, sort, pack, label, and prepare products for storage or dispatch while maintaining required quality, hygiene, safety, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and grade products according to size, quality, weight, appearance, and company standards.

• Sorting and grading fresh vegetables and fruits

• Checking freshness and product quality

• Removing damaged or unsuitable products

• Weighing and packing products according to orders

• Proper labeling and arrangement of products

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area

• Supporting stock handling and order preparation

• Preparing products for scheduled deliveries

• Following company hygiene and food-safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Education: Basic literacy; SEE/SLC or equivalent preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience in grading, sorting, packing, food processing, agriculture, or factory work is preferred but not mandatory.

• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive work.
