We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and maintain our product listings on the company website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately uploading products, keeping the catalog updated, and ensuring listings are optimized for visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• List new products on the website with accurate descriptions, pricing, sizes, categories, and images
• Regularly update existing product listings (price changes, stock status, discounts, new arrivals)
• Coordinate with the production and design team to collect product details and images
• Organize and categorize products for easy navigation on the website
• Conduct keyword research and write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and meta tags
• Optimize product pages to improve search engine ranking and organic traffic
• Monitor SEO performance (search ranking, organic traffic) using tools like Google Analytics/Search Console
• Monitor stock levels and remove/update out-of-stock items
• Track product performance (views, sales) and report to management
• Assist in seasonal/promotional campaigns by updating relevant listings
• Coordinate with the customer support team to resolve product-related queries
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all product data
