Key Responsibilities:
CSD and Sales Responsibilities for Freight Forwarding -
- Handle customer enquiries related to air, sea, and land freight shipments.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on rates, and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Maintain communication with clients, agents, carriers, and internal operations teams.
- Assist customers with booking confirmations, shipment updates, and documentation.
- Generate and update sales leads, inquiries, and customer records.
- Coordinate shipment schedules and ensure smooth movement of cargo.
- Follow up on pending shipments, payments, and customer requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a professional manner.
- Support business development by maintaining good customer relationships.
- Prepare daily or weekly sales and customer service reports.

- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in CSD or Sales.
