Full Stack Laravel Developer (React / Next.js)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Laravel Developer with expertise in Laravel for backend development and React.js / Next.js for frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, APIs, and server environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and collaboration skills to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Maintenance

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel, React.js, and Next.js.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance frontend interfaces.
• Develop robust backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

System Architecture & Performance

• Design secure, scalable, and maintainable application architecture.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and best practices.

Security & Access Control

• Implement authentication and authorization systems using Laravel Passport.
• Develop and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using packages such as Spatie Laravel Permission.
• Apply web security best practices to protect applications and data.

Server Management & Deployment

• Deploy and maintain applications on VPS servers.
• Configure Linux servers, Nginx/Apache, SSL certificates, and hosting environments.
• Manage application upgrades, backups, and server performance monitoring.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and provide technical support when required.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Proven experience in Laravel and React.js / Next.js projects.

Technical Skills

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Solid experience with React.js or Next.js.
• Experience in REST API development and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL database design and management.
• Experience with VPS hosting environments and Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of Nginx/Apache, SSL setup, and deployment processes.
• Experience with Laravel Passport authentication.
• Experience implementing RBAC using Spatie Laravel Permission or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Git version control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js for backend services or microservices.
• Knowledge of Redis, BullMQ, or queue systems.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
