Responsibilities: The position plays a key role in ensuring effective project coordination, communication, youth engagement, and administrative support. It is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing the Girls Out Loud platform, supporting youth and girls’ engagement, and facilitating campaigns, events, and outreach activities. The role also supports project monitoring, reporting, documentation, partner coordination, logistics, and safeguarding, while ensuring gender equality, social inclusion, and meaningful youth participation.

2. Emergency Response Manager (Open to all applicants, Short-term employment for 6 months) based in Country Office

Responsibilities: The position plays a key role in ensuring effective emergency response programme management, coordination, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. It is responsible for leading project planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, budget and risk management, while providing technical guidance and capacity support to partners. The role also supports resource mobilization, advocacy, influencing, and stakeholder coordination, while ensuring gender equality, social inclusion, humanitarian standards, and a rights-based approach throughout the response.
