Job Description
- Should assist the Manager to plan and organize the day-to-day operations and other admin functions of the company effectively.
- Should assist the Manager analyze and manage financial data related to recovery activities and plan the recovery actions accordingly,
- Should be able to Initiate for debt recovery and legal actions, if necessary.
- Should be able to design, develop and implement template and draft the necessary terms and conditions related to the overall function of the group company,
- Should have depth knowledge of legal compliances and country law. Should be able to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Should be able to conduct audit of the documents and contracts from legal point of view and suggest to the management accordingly,
- Should be able to organize contract management system to track contract terms, expiry dates, and renewal requirements,
- Should be able to assist the Manager to finalize and implement module related to Fixed Assets management system and take necessary steps to safeguard the assets of the Group company,
- Should be able to assist the Manager in planning and organizing the recruitment and staffing function of the Group company.
- Should be able to assist the Manager in formulating and implementing policies and manuals relating to admin function and HR function,
- Should have capability to negotiate with external and third parties,
- Should be dynamic and ability of problem solving,
- Should have interdepartmental coordination skills.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management Stream
- Bachelor's degree in law (preferred)
