We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to manage recruitment, team performance, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement for a growing video marketing agency.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Recruit and onboard Project Managers, Video Editors, Interns, and other team members.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Track employee performance and support performance improvement.

Maintain HR records and coordinate payroll-related activities.

Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.

Plan and coordinate virtual team engagement activities.

Support onboarding, employee communication, and team coordination.

Maintain an organized and positive remote work environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition.

Strong recruitment, communication, and people-management skills.

Experience working with remote teams is preferred.

Prior experience in a creative, digital marketing, or agency environment is an advantage.

Understanding of video editing, social media, or creative workflows is preferred.

Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
