Guest Relation Officer

📋 Job Description

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
• Maintain strong communication with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest needs
• Maintain records of guest interactions and feedback
• Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for all guests
• Support front desk and customer service operations as required

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (Air Hostess / Hospitality or related field preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service (freshers can apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pleasant personality with a well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
